Oh yeah I am still doing this…
So I have been working out pretty consistently…my friend got me to join 24 hour fitness which is in walking distance from my house…like all my friends have memberships so I can workout with moat of them…I mainly do the elliptical for 45 minutes…I should run more but I am really still just starting out…I did do a 31 minute 5k the other day which felt amazing but I really don’t know how lagit that is on the machine…I am doing some strength training…my main challenge is I have been doing all this and not losing anything…I know I am gaining muscle but I want the fat to go away too…because of this I have been counting calories…it has only been a week but still nothing…I think my scale is broken…ha ha ha…well I am still working out and hoping and praying to look healthier in some way soon…going on almost a month now…

So I worked out Friday…my muscles hurt so bad like they were bruised…I guess that is a good thing….went treking about the snow Sunday in Lake Tahoe…today did a workout from my phone…yeah muscles going to hurt again…7months and 22 days to get healthy and fit for my wedding…so far been able to keep 6 lb off only 39 more to go…
I am Totally doing this…my aunt already said she would go too….can’t wait looks like so much fun…going to be in San Fran ..
Ok I wish I could have even this much consistency…I still have only lost 5lbs…I have 9 months till my wedding…all the stuff at home that can get me fit…but I lack the consistency to get my muscles strong and the fat to go away…oh yeah and food is not helping…I love healthy food but can’t seem to each just it or even eat just a little of the bad stuff…I always feel like Crap after eat it so you would think I would learn…PLEASE GOD HELP ME TO STOP BEING LAZY AND HELP ME TO BE STRONG ENOUGH TO SAY NO AND BE STRONG…
Day two on bike
So I decided to do the bike again today…20 minutes…the temp in the house was high so really broke a good sweat…ne to mod the bike a little more for my height but otherwise it is a good workout…
